Second step of the approved new look: the colours and cards everywhere, and Today redone so it fits the window.

What changes

• Base colour. A deep blue-grey page instead of flat black.
• Cards lit from above. Lighter at the top, darker at the bottom, a 1 px top highlight and a soft wide shadow. Slightly translucent so the page glow tints them (no blur: they stay content). Under "Reduce transparency" they turn solid.
• Page glow. One soft glow per page in its own colour: Today mixed, Money purple-blue, Health red-orange, Fitness green, Jobs teal, Projects amber. It fades in on each page and does not animate under reduce motion.
• Rings never clipped. Rings.tsx now leaves room around the drawing for the round caps and the glow, and sets each stroke width itself (the CSS used to set 16 px on a drawing sized for 14 px, which clipped the outer ring). Tracks are recessed. This also fixes the clipped rings on Health and Fitness.
• Today fits the window. Rings card (habits, steps and protein against the fitness plan's goals, with what is left to do), four summary cards, where to resume, and follow-ups, laid out for the 1440 x 900 canvas. The setup reminder is now one strip.
• Today data now includes stepsGoal and proteinGoal from the fitness plan (defaults 8,000 and 170 g), so the rings show real targets.
• Progress bars are recessed tracks. Jobs is teal and Money purple-blue, matching their glows.
• Cards are positioned, so hidden screen-reader tables inside a card cannot make the page scroll.

Checks

• Rust: Today reads the plan's goals (fixture 8,500 and 160 g).
• Unit tests for the rings legend and what is left to do.
• Real app screenshots at 1440 x 900 (windowed) and 1655 x 900 (maximised on 2560 x 1392): no page scroll, also with the update, setup and notice banners showing.
