Summary:

The settings plugin only reruns the autolinking config command when one of the default lockFiles changes, and bun's lockfiles aren't in that list. In a bun project, an install that only touches bun.lock keeps the old autolinking.json, so Gradle builds against stale library versions. This adds bun.lock and bun.lockb to the defaults, the same files the SwiftPM staleness check in generate-spm-xcodeproj.js already watches.

Test Plan:

RNTester's settings.gradle.kts passes its own lockFiles, so it doesn't use the default. Ran ./gradlew :settings-plugin:check in packages/gradle-plugin and it passes.
