Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, and when I try to verify, I enter my school email and location while located at school. I tried to verify and chose the school portal photo option. But the only option is to take a photo when I want to upload a screenshot. I even applied while using my Chromebook, up to my PC displaying the portal. I don't know how I can verify, but it would be nice to be emailed an application request or to upload a full quality screenshot/pdf.

GitHub's verification system hardcodes the webcam requirement, so there is unfortunately no way to attach a file directly through that form. Your best bet is to open your portal on a bright PC monitor, zoom in so the text is huge and clear, and take a steady snapshot of the screen with your webcam. If that still gets rejected, submit a support ticket at education.github.com/contact) to request a manual review with your attached PDF.

how do I make a support ticket it says something about a paid plan, so I tried to, and it told me to post here first, which I did. Is there an email or page to make it? Because I don't see an option to make a ticket. thanks!
