Description

Update the installation instructions in the Yarn v1 Classic bundling documentation section to:

npm install --global yarn@1

This includes the specific yarn@1 version and aligns with the updated instructions on https://classic.yarnpkg.com/en/docs/install

Motivation and Context

Due to possible re-use of the yarn package on the npm registry, the Yarn team revised the installation instructions to include the version 1 instead of relying on the assumption that yarn@latest would always refer to yarn@1.
