I'd like to suggest git-cl for the Git tools and sites section.

git-cl is a Git extension that brings Subversion-style changelists to Git, allowing users to group changed files by intent and then stage, commit, stash, or turn them into branches independently.

Project: https://github.com/BHFock/git-cl

Disclosure: I'm the author.

The project is open source (BSD-3-Clause), available on PyPI, includes documentation, tests, and a tutorial, and also has an independently maintained VS Code integration.

If you think it would be useful for Git users, I'd be happy to see it mentioned in a future edition.

Added a section about git-cl, a Git subcommand for managing changelists.

Added separately (and with a bit different contents) in 9bef593

I have not noticed that this is pull request with the suggested change, not just an issue... 😫
