Historical profile contributions missing despite verified author and default branch #211747

Update: I checked an example commit’s author timestamp: October 27 at 14:19 UTC (17:19 UTC+3), so it falls on the same calendar day in both time zones. The profile graph showed zero for that date. The local and GitHub default-branch heads also match. Some newer commits in the same repository are counted. Is there another read-only eligibility check I should perform, and is there a supported route for a self-service account if historical attribution still appears wrong? I have followed up with Support. |

Following up on the question above: is there a documented way to check the eligibility of an individual commit or request a historical contribution review for a self-service account? Any guidance would be appreciated. |

My profile contribution graph is missing older commits from a private repository. The author emails are verified, private contributions are enabled, and the commits are present on the default branch and associated with my account. More than 24 hours have elapsed since email verification. A newer commit using the same email was counted, while older dates remain empty.
For example, on October 27 the repository history contains commits authored on that date, while the profile graph shows no contributions. I previously checked GraphQL contributionsCollection and saw zero commit and restricted contributions for affected dates.
What additional read-only checks can distinguish an eligibility or date issue from stale contribution data? Is there a documented way to refresh historical profile contribution data without rewriting history or renaming the default branch?
The repository is private, so I am leaving its name, commit URLs, and email addresses out of this public post. I previously asked in the pinned guide: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/209302#discussioncomment-19254708
